Federal Research Products and Services

Thank you for your interest in Federal Research's new UCC 1-2-3TM
UCC filing management system.

With UCC 1-2-3TM you can:

  • submit UCC filings to Federal Research electronically
  • maintain an online portfolio of your UCC filings
  • track the status of in-process filings
  • receive reminder emails for pending expirations
  • search past filings by file number, debtor, expiration date, etc.
  • continue or terminate a filing with a "click"
  • create templates for re-occurring filings
Benefits of the UCC 1-2-3TM system include:
  • time savings (faster data entry)
  • quicker turn-around (electronic submission to Federal Research)
  • better protected filings (expiration reminders)
  • comprehensive UCC filing status information (portfolio and search tools)
And users of UCC 1-2-3TM will continue to have their UCC filings reviewed by an experienced Federal Research staff member. We'll let you know if we identify any issues which could lower your chances of a successful filing.

Take a moment to view a demonstration to see how it works.
To start using UCC 1-2-3TM simply login into your Federal Research account.
