With UCC 1-2-3TM you can:
- submit UCC filings to Federal Research electronically
- maintain an online portfolio of your UCC filings
- track the status of in-process filings
- receive reminder emails for pending expirations
- search past filings by file number, debtor, expiration date, etc.
- continue or terminate a filing with one "click"
- create templates for re-occurring filings
- download your current UCC filings into your online portfolio
