CT TyMetrix to Discuss Data-Driven Decision Making for Corporate Law Departments at InsideCounsel SuperConference
| WHAT: | CT TyMetrix, will explore how corporate legal departments can use and analyze existing data to improve work processes with their outside counsel at next week’s InsideCounsel SuperConference, May 25–26, 2010, in Chicago. Bill Sowinsky, director of decision support services at CT TyMetrix, will co-present with Steven Williams, from Corporate Executive Board, and Karen Dunning, from Motorola, in a session entitled, “Business Intelligence for the Law Department: Harnessing Data to Drive Results.” Session attendees will learn how to harness the vast amount of information available to corporate legal departments to make better decisions, improve outcomes and reduce costs when working with outside counsel. The panelists will talk about the importance of gaining real insight into their data, whether it is to determine the quality, cost and service provided by outside counsel, or for fodder to negotiate alternative fee arrangements (AFAs). They'll address useful ways to harness critical information, allowing more effective allocation of resources and better engagement decisions.
